PURPOSE: A hydraulic power steering apparatus with an damper for a vehicle is provided to enable a driver to stably and agreeably operate a steering wheel, since the damper reduces vibration and noise transmitted to the inside of the cylinder tube. CONSTITUTION: A hydraulic power steering apparatus with an damper for a vehicle comprises a rack bar(140), a cylinder tube(137), and a damper(210). The cylinder tube applies the oil pressure of working fluid provided to a right port(235) and a left port(225). The cylinder tube is formed with an orifice hole(215). The damper has a hollow covering the cylinder tube. Both ends of the damper are sealed with the outer surface of the cylinder tube. The damper is filled with the working fluid flowing in through the orifice hole.
