<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shoulder joint structure capable of more real three-dimensional movement of a shoulder joint without damaging reality and beauty in appearance, and a doll toy. <P>SOLUTION: In the shoulder joint structure of a doll toy, arms are turnably connected to shoulder portions of an upper body portion of the doll toy. The structure is provided with: a shoulder portion attaching recess portion in the upper body portion to be a space for a blade bone member entering the shoulder joint position of the upper body portion from a side surface direction; an arm portion attaching joint portion in the blade bone member to be turnably connected to a side surface portion exposed upon the blade bone member entering the recess portion; a pivotal support portion in a part to the breast portion side to be a pivotal support point for the inward/outward turning; and a blade bone attaching member to be turnably connected to the pivotal support portion to turnably attach the blade bone portion to the upper body portion.
