PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide underpants preventing the crotch and abdomen from getting stuffy by preventing the scrotum and penis from contacting the skin around the crotch. SOLUTION: The underpants has two-layer underpants obtained by superposing inner underpants (2) provided with a vertically long hole (3) to put out the scrotum and penis on the inside of outer underpants (1), and integrally sewing the inner and outer underpants to each other.
