The engine has an assembly rotatably arranged around a first rotation axis (2), and another assembly rotatable around a second rotation axis (3). A plane stretched by a third rotation axis (1) and the first rotation axis divides the engine into a geodetically upper area (O) and a geodetically lower area (U). A fourth rotation axis (4) is provided between the third axis and the latter axis. A fifth rotation axis (6) is provided in the geodetically upper area for a balance shaft (7), where another balance shaft (8) of the fifth axis is provided for the fourth rotation axis.
