PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently recover power by an expanding device in a heat pump type heating liquid system using an expanding device integral-type compressor. SOLUTION: The heat pump type heating liquid system 1A includes: a refrigerant circuit 3 having the compressor 21, a radiator 22, the expanding device 23 connected to the compressor 21 by a rotating shaft 20 and an evaporator 24; and a supply passage 4A for supplying liquid to the radiator 22. An internal heat exchanger 51 is provided in the refrigerant circuit 3, and heat exchange is performed by a liquid heat exchanger 25 between a high pressure refrigerant made to flow out from the internal heat exchanger 51 and liquid made to flow in the supply passage 4A. A liquid bypass passage 52 bypassing the liquid heat exchanger 25 is provided in the supply passage 4A. A ratio between a flow rate of liquid made to flow in the liquid heat exchanger 25 and a flow rate of liquid made to flow in the liquid bypass passage 52 is changed by a flow rate changing means.
