PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrostatic loudspeaker which reduces the occurrence of discharging even if an outer circumference of an electrode is formed in an arbitrary shape. SOLUTION: In electrodes 20U and 20L and a vibrator 10, a conductive film is formed by vapor-depositing a conductive metal on a synthetic resin film. When forming an outer circumferential shape of each member, the member is cut into an arbitrary shape by a heat cutter. An edge of the conductive film does not fray in comparison with the case of conductive cloth, thereby reducing short-circuiting or discharging between portions to which a voltage is applied.
