There is provided a skin material with a substrate and a polymeric layer. The polymeric layer has a first surface adhering to the substrate and a second surface being exposed to the outside and formed with fine recesses. The fine recesses have a depth of 30 to 130 mum and a projected area ratio of 5 to 20% with respect to the total projected area of the second surface of the polymeric layer.
