PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a seat for a vehicle having a hard part at an outside edge part from being brought into contact with an interior trim at a vehicle inside wall when assembling the seat to be set on a vehicle floor. SOLUTION: In this interior trim structure, the seat 1 is installed to be dropped and set on the floor F, and thereby the metal cover member 30 (hard part) formed at the outside edge part of a seat back 2 becomes a proximal and adjacent state to the interior trim M forming the vehicle inside wall in a vehicle width direction. The interior trim M is formed into a shape having a separating part Ma for separating a shape in the vehicle width direction in relation to the outside edge part of the seat back 2 and an approaching part Mb for approaching the shape. In a state of the dropped position of the seat 1 before a location pin 8P is inserted into a positioning hole Fh, the separating part Ma is adjacent to the cover member 30 in the vehicle width direction.
