PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photocurable epoxy resin which is particularly useful for applications to coating agents and adhesives, exhibits low viscosity and good workability, and produces a cured product excellent in flexibility and adhesiveness. SOLUTION: The epoxy resin composition includes components (A) and (B). The component (A) is an epoxy resin, which includes 10-90 mass% of a diglycidyl ether obtained from a polytetramethylene ether glycol with number-average molecular weight of 200-2,000 and 10-90 mass% of an alicyclic epoxy resin, and is liquid at 25°C.
