PURPOSE: A constant air volume device is provided to improve the durability of a product by bearing air pressure with a fixed member having high structural strength. CONSTITUTION: A constant air volume device comprises a cylindrical hollow body(100), a movable member(300), a movable gear, a shaft(500), an elastic member, and a cap(200). The movable member has wings(310) of doughnut shape having the same center point, an insertion hole in the center point, and guides(320) connecting the wings and the central portion. The movable gear has gear concave/convex parts on the exterior to be assembled into the insertion hole of the movable member. The shaft is inserted in the hollow of the movable gear and fixed along the line connecting the top and bottom of the body. The elastic member applies an elastic force to the movable gear, which increases toward the bottom of the body.
