PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foamed body which is thermally stable and has substantially no amine smell.

SOLUTION: There are provided a trimerization catalyst composition having a sterically hindered carboxylic acid salt, and a method for producing the polyisocyanurate/polyurethane foamed body using the trimerization catalyst composition. A target consists of at least one compound containing an active hydrogen, at least one new composition containing a contact product of a foaming agent, and at least one catalyst composition containing the sterically hindered carboxylic acid salt.
