<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a retractable writing utensil which is easy to assemble by inserting a knock rod from the back end side of a shaft cylinder and simplifies the assembling work. <P>SOLUTION: The writing utensil has a rotational delivering mechanism wherein a writing body can be delivered ahead by knock-operating a knock rod arranged on the back end of the shaft cylinder. Projecting members 16 are projected on the outer peripheral face of the knock rod. On the inner peripheral face of an inner cylindrical member 4 arranged in the shaft cylinder 1, a locking cam 13 is provided which is formed in a U-shape by first and second cam members 13a and 13b formed to be projected parallelly along the axial direction and a connecting member 13c projected so as to connect both members at the back end side of a pair of the cam members. The projecting members 16 on the knock rod are stored to be slidable in the U-shaped space of the locking cam 13, and thereby the knock rod is held on the back end of the shaft cylinder 1. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
