PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate fastening a gasket with a proper interference in designing. SOLUTION: A ring-shaped gasket 9, a stopper 10 and a ring-shaped partition 4a1 are interposed between a rear face of an electrode 4a facing an inner peripheral face of a measurement tube 1 and an inner peripheral face (a front face of a lining 3) of the measurement tube 1 with the ring-shaped partition 4a1 put between the gasket 9 and the stopper 10. With a shaft 4b caused to project from an outer circumferential face of the measurement tube 1 through a through-hole 6 provided between the inner circumferential face of the measurement tube 1 and the outer circumferential face thereof, a nut 8 is fastened to the shaft 4b projecting from the outer circumferential face of the measurement tube 1 via a seat 7, thereby mounting a signal electrode 4 on the inner peripheral face of the measurement tube 1. The stopper 10 is a member requiring larger reaction force than the gasket 9 does. The thickness t1 of the stopper 10 is made thinner than the thickness t2 of the gasket 9. The ring-shaped partition 4a1 is formed integrally with the electrode 4a of the signal electrode 4 on the back side thereof. The partition 4a1 can be formed separately therefrom.
