PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat state-changing device in which a user can recognize that the state of a seat is in the transfer state when the state of the seat is changed. SOLUTION: The seat state-changing device 1 for changing the state of the seat comprising a plurality of seat blocks capable of independently changing respective positions includes an operation switch 11 for changing the state of the seat capable of being operated by the user, having at least one of the plurality of seat blocks becoming visually recognizable at change of the state by the user for performing the operation and arranged at a position where at least one of the plurality of seat blocks becomes visually unrecognizable; and actuators 13, 14 for completing action of the seat block arranged at a position visually unrecognizable from a position of the user during change of the state of the seat block arranged at the position visually recognizable from the position of the user according to the operation of the operation switch 11.
