The element (114) has a knitted fabric element made of high temperature-resistant material and comprising an outer surface that comprises a dome (114a). The dome is in engagement with a corrugation of an outer tube (11) i.e. membrane bellow. The dome is partially and circumferentially formed around an axis of the outer tube. The high temperature-resistant material contains stainless steel fibers, graphite fibers, precursor-coated fabric with aluminum oxide, a ceramic precursor polymer, a fiber-reinforced knitted fabric made of graphite band, and textured electronic glass. The high temperature-resistant material of the fabric element contains a metal-textile composite material, a fabric made of ceramic fiber, temperature-controlled carrier fibers and stainless steel wires, and polycrystalline or hybrid-like expanded mats.
