A system for producing 1,1,1,2,-tetrafluoropropene comprising :
a) hydrogenation reactor (R11),
b) a starting material feed stream (F1), comprising hexafluoropropene, connected to said hydrogenation reactor,
c) a reaction mixture of hydrogenation (S11) connected to a dehydrofluorination reactor (R12),
d) a reaction mixture of dehydrofluorination (S12) connected to a first distillation column (T11),
e) a high-boiling fraction 1A of first distillation is connected to a second distillation column (T2),
f) a recycle stream comprising 1,1,1,2,3-pentafiuoropropene, high-boiling component of the second distillation is connected to the hydrogenation reactor
g) a recycle stream comprising 1,1,1,2,3-pentafluoropropene and 1,1,1,2,3,-hexafluoropropane, low-boiling point component of second distillation column is connected to the dehydrofluorination reactor,
h) a final product stream of 1,1,1,2-tetrafluoropropene connected to the first distillation column. |
