<p>PURPOSE: An airtightness test apparatus of a valve is provided to reduce maintenance time, to prolong valve lifespan, to reduce cost and to enhance the reliability of an airtightness test by decreasing the number of grinding through the check of a damaged part. CONSTITUTION: An airtightness test apparatus of a valve comprises a base block(10), a guide block(60), a hydraulic cylinder(70), bolts(51,52) and nuts(53,54). At the base block, an inlet port(11) into which a test gas is injected is formed. On the base block, a seat block(20) is placed so that the inlet port and an internal space(24) cooperate. The guide block is coupled to a disc block(30) so that a disc face is exposed to the bottom. The hydraulic cylinder pressurizes the guide block. Bolts and nuts make the base block and the guide block be coupled to each other.</p> |
