PURPOSE: An extraction method of ginseng raw materials using supercritical carbon dioxide is provided to effectively separate polyacetylene compound containing oil and flavor element containing oil from the ginseng raw materials. CONSTITUTION: An extraction method of ginseng raw materials using supercritical carbon dioxide comprises the following steps: drying and crushing the ginseng raw materials for producing powder; filling an extractor with the ginseng raw material powder; and extracting polyacetylene compound containing oil and flavor element containing oil using the supercritical carbon dioxide inside the extractor. The evaporated supercritical carbon dioxide is recycled by using a condenser to store inside a collecting tank.
