PURPOSE: A system for receiving money for congratulations and condolences and a method thereof are provided to simplify a receiving procedure. CONSTITUTION: An envelope opening unit(22) includes a protruded scraper toward an opening of an envelope. A cash withdrawing unit(25) switches a direction in which cash is inserted to the opening of the envelope. A cash counting unit(28) finds types of bills or checks separated from the cash withdrawing unit and count the number of bills or checks. |
