PURPOSE: A pneumatic tire is provided to prevent the decrease of the strength for a land unit, thereby being able to drive safely on a dried surface and improving the driving performance. CONSTITUTION: A pneumatic tire comprises a land unit in a tread unit(2). The land unit spreads toward a peripheral direction of the tires. The land unit includes a zigzag edge portion(14) and a sipping group(18). The zigzag edge portion includes a circumferential piece(12) and an axial piece(13). A gap of the sipping group becomes gradually narrower from the zigzag edge portion to the inside of the land unit.
