MANUFACTURING METHOD OF RECYCLING POLYURETHANE FOAM

PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing recycled polyurethane foam is provided to obtain the recycled polyurethane foam in uniform size by uniformly injecting a reactive pre-mix into a mold using one or more injection guns. CONSTITUTION: A pulverized wasted polyurethane chip is injected into a mold. The temperature of the mold is raised. The mold is closed. A reactive pre-mix containing polyisocyanate and polyol is injected into one side of the mold using one or more injection guns by moving the positions of the guns. The injection guns are automatically retreated by a deceleration motor. The mold is pressurized. The mold is released.
