PURPOSE: A producing method of an echo hale block, and the echo hale block are provided to apply the block for an artificial fish reef for breeding fishes, and a construction material for a greening slope. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of an echo hale block comprises the following steps: preparing a mold frame in a block shape, a brick shape, or an irregular shape(S1); preparing a constant space in the inside of the molding frame(S2); forming soil balls with organic materials, micro sand, seeds, yellow soil, and water, and inserting the soil balls into the mold frame(S3,S4); and inserting cement mortar into the internal space of the molding frame(S5).
