PURPOSE: The light illuminating structure of a blood flow microscope is provided to prevent the generation of counter-light due to reflected light using a light transmitting unit, the light angle of which is easily set. CONSTITUTION: A blood flow microscope includes a lens part(100), a light emitting diode module(200), a light emitting diode module insulating part(300), a path, optical fiber(500), and an optical fiber combining part(400). The optical fiber is combined with the path. A part of the optical fiber is drawn to the upper side of the lens part. A reflective angle of light from the optical fiber in case of reflection due to a lens protective part toward the outside of the lens part.
