<p>The invention relates to an infrastructure for a piston compressor, used in the compression installations, mounted on a metal support, for methane gas, associated gases and other gases. According to the invention, the infrastructure for piston compressor for compressing natural gases ensures the possibility of mounting on the infrastructure of several types of compressors and the balancing of masses in rotary motion and of those in forward motion by the fact that it comprises a barrel-type crankcase (A) of rigid shape, formed of three compartments: a central compartment (t) wherein there is mounted the compressor mechanism comprising a crankshaft (D) and the compressor connecting rods (B) and two lateral components (p) comprising the compressor guides (1) wherein the compressor crossheads (E) slide, the lateral compartments (p) being confined by two frontal walls (7) and laterally located in relation to the central compartment (t) in order to ensure the balancing of the masses in rotation motion and of those in forward motion. The central compartment (t) of the crankcase has the shape of right parallelepiped on closed rigid construction, wherein the crankshaft (D) rests on some radial-axial bearings (19) and a self-aligning bearing (20) mounted in two dismountable housings (21 and 22) which ensure the mounting and the dismounting of the crankshaft (D) in axial direction, assembled by two gilled inner reinforcing walls (7), which constitute the oil bath of the crankcase.</p> |
