PURPOSE: A dish-plate washer for initially cleaning a dish is provided to enable one user to wash all dish plates alone by using a washing brush. CONSTITUTION: A dish-plate washer for initially cleaning the same comprises a housing(10), a dish-plate inlet unit(20), a display-plate outlet unit, a dish-plate transfer unit(40), a first lower cleaning brush(50), an upper-cleaning brush(60), and a second lower cleaning brush(70). The housing has a space, and the dish-plate inlet unit is formed at one side of the housing. The dish-plate outlet unit is formed at the other end of the housing. The dish-plate transfer unit transfers the dish-plate to the dish-plate outlet unit. The first and second lower cleaning brushes are installed along the dish-plate transfer unit at the front lower side of the dish-plate transfer unit and clean the dish-plate.
