PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of an exterior panel for finishing the outer sides of home appliances is provided to improve the surface flatness of a panel. CONSTITUTION: A first board and a second board made of different materials are prepared(S1). A first board and a second board are faced based on a heat sealing member(S2). The bubble between the second board and the first board are eliminated(S3). The first board and the second board are thermo-bonded(S4). The flatness of the second board and the first board, which are thermally joined, is revised(S5).
