FIELD: metallurgy. ^ SUBSTANCE: procedure for production of alloy on base of aluminium of system aluminium-tin-lead-copper with additives of indium and/or bismuth for insertions of friction bearings in internal combustion engines consists in heating aluminium melt to 1150C, in adding tin, in introducing indium and/or bismuth, in melt mixing, in introducing lead, in conditioning melt during 20-30 minutes with periodic mixing, in introducing copper, in conditioning melt for 5-10 minutes, in pouring melt into water cooled crystalliser wherein hardening melt is treated with crossed electric and magnetic fields. Also, into aluminium melt there are introduced components at the following ratio, wt %: tin 6-10 wt %, indium 0.5-5 and/or bismuth 0.1-0.6, lead 10-18 and copper 1-3. At introduction of components aluminium melt is maintained at constant temperature of 1150C. Indium and bismuth are introduced into melt successively when there is produced alloy containing both. ^ EFFECT: increased reliability of bearing out of alloy on base of aluminium due to improved quality of this alloy, its running-in ability and anti-scoring resistance at maintaining strength and wear resistance. ^ 1 tbl, 1 ex |
