Disclosed are compounds of formula (I) represented as C1-B1-A-B2-C2 and compounds of formula (IV) represented as C1-B1-A, wherein A is a disorazole moiety of formula (III), wherein the substituents are disclosed within the specification, C1 and C2 are linkers selected from LHRH, [D-Lys6]-LHRH, somatostatin or human serum albumin, and B1 and B2 are selected from a dicarbonic acid residue linker, succinyl or glutaryl. A process for manufacturing the said compounds is also disclosed. Also disclosed is the use of the said compounds for the manufacture of a medicament.
