PURPOSE: A stubby pencil lid, capable of improving a stubby shape of the pencil is provided to increase the performance of the pencil sharper through additionally installing a new sharper. CONSTITUTION: A stubby pencil lid(26) includes a cap body which inserts and separates 2B pencil and 4B pencil according to the cosmetic pencil or the TOEIC test. A cutting edge is combined in the cap and cuts the pencil. A cover stores pieces of the cut pencil outside the pencil cover.
