The invention relates to synthesis of macromolecular compounds, in particular to the synthesis of biologically stabile polyurethanes that have funginertness and fungistatic properties, exhibit biocorrosive resistance and can be used in medical practice, food, biochemical, microbiological and other branches of economy as protective coatings, saturating compositions, adhesives.Disclosed is a process for the preparation of polyurethanes by interaction of prepolymer obtained by reaction of diisocyanates with polyethers with chain extender in dimethylformamide medium (DMFA). According to the invention prepolymer (PP) is dissolved in DMFA (C= 25%), metal-containing diol extender (MDE) metal monohydrooxyalkyl phthalate (MeMHAPh) is used as a chain extender of following formula:,wherein R = (CH); (CH); (CH),Me = Cu, Cd, Ca, Zn, Pb,it is dissolved in DMFA, a 0,01% solution of catalyst dibutyltin dilaurinate in DMFA is added, and reaction is carried out in mole ratio of PP:MDE=1:1, or DMFA solution of mixture of corresponding metal monohydroxyalkyl-(ethyl-, butyl-, pentyl-)phthalate (MeMHAPh) with corresponding alkyl-(ethane-, butane-, pentane-)diol (AlkD) in mole ratio of PP:MeMHAPh:AlkD=1:0.5:0.5 with portionwise addition and thorough mixing at a room temperature followed by holding with stirring for 1 hour, and the reaction is carried out at a temperature of 60- for another 3 hours.
|
