PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for detecting cancer by the immunological detection of glycoprotein having a specific sugar chain structure. SOLUTION: The problem is solved by a means in which both of an anti-sialyl-Tn antibody and an anti-MUC1 antibody specifically detects MUC1 glycoprotein having sialyl-Tn by bringing a sample, the anti-sialyl-Tn antibody, and the anti-MUC1 antibody into contact with one another.
