<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pasty food which contains garlic and ginger, uses the garlic in a relative amount, can halve reduce the intense stink of the garlic, is added to various foods as a spice to increase the flavors of the foods, and has an effect for promoting the appetite of a person eating the same, and to provide various foods using the pasty food. <P>SOLUTION: The pasty food containing the garlic and the ginger is prepared by crushing 15 to 21 wt.% of garlic, 26 to 32 wt.% of ginger, 7 to 11 wt.% of Welsh onion, 15 to 21 wt.% of onion, and 22 to 28 wt.% of apple into the pasty state. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
