<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydrotreating system whose hydrotreating operation is stopped in an electrode structure, while preventing increase in the temperature of a combustor and suppressing energy loss due to wasteful operation. <P>SOLUTION: When stoppage of the system is instructed in STEP 1 during executing operation in a hydrogen refining mode for functioning the electrode structure 20 as an ion pump, an operation control means 61 stops the supply of raw fuel and reformed air, to a heat exchanger 31 of a reforming device 30 in STEPs 2, 3, and starts a timer in STEP 4, to execute the loops of STEP 5-STEP 7 to continue the operation in the hydrogen refining mode. When the rate of a change in voltage Vcell between the electrodes of the electrode structure 20 is VRth or lower, in STEP 6 and the timer shows time-up in STEP 7, advance to STEP 8 is taken where the operation control means 61 stops the operation in the hydrogen-refining mode. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
