PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a color adjustment device, an image forming device, a color adjustment program, and a color adjustment method unifying a color when an image is formed, in the color required for exact color reproduction. SOLUTION: The color adjustment device includes: an associating part 405 making specified color information showing a color contained in driver conversion image data expressed by an RGB color space associated with adjustment color information showing an adjustment color obtained by adjusting the color contained in the driver conversion image data in an RGB color space, making information on a color to be managed associated with the adjustment color information when the color contained in the driver conversion image data is shown by the information on the color to be managed different from the specified color information, and storing the association in a storage part; and a color adjustment part 406 for adjusting the specified color information contained in the received image data or the information on the color to be managed to the adjustment color information associated in the associating part 405.
