A femtocell base station is a base station apparatus that is connected to a fixed communication network via a terminal apparatus of a wired communication line and that is able to communicate with a mobile telephone via a wireless communication. The femtocell base station comprises: an acquiring unit for acquiring, from the fixed communication network, positional information registered with a management server of the fixed communication network in conjunction with the terminal apparatus; and a notifying unit for notifying a mobile communication network of the positional information as positional information related to the femtocell base station.
