PURPOSE: A producing method of energy-generating water is provided to promote the growth of plants and animals by irradiating very low frequency wave to waving water. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of energy-generating water comprises the following steps: obtaining a mineral mixed solution by mixing calcium, potassium, sodium, and magnesium with water; spraying the mineral mixed solution, and irradiating very high frequency waves to the solution for obtaining waving water(10); passing the waving water through a mica filter(40); and irradiating the very high frequency waves(50).
