The material has a self-adhesive elastic carrier foil (1) utilized as a carrier material, which is equipped with different active mechanisms for protection of incrustation of fouling matter. A catalytic enzyme is utilized to cause decomposition process. A long, thin cylindrical carbon-nano tubes are elastically embedded in the foil and utilized for preventing adhesive of the fouling matter by lotus floral effect. An anti-adhesive coating i.e. Teflon(RTM: PTFE) is utilized in the material. A membrane foil (5) is laminated on the carrier foil. An independent claim is also included for a method for manufacturing the material.
