PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic apparatus capable of highly efficiently illuminating key tops from the back side. SOLUTION: This electronic apparatus includes a substrate 3 on which a plurality of dome switches 31, 32 are provided, a plurality of the key tops 21, 22 to press the dome switches 31 32, and a rubber sheet 4 intervening between the substrate 3 and the key tops 21, 22. The surface of the substrate 3 is covered with a light guide sheet 5, LEDs 6 are mounted on the substrate 3, and light emitted from the LED 6 passes through the inside of the light guide sheet 5 and is guided to the back parts of the key tops 21, 22. The rubber sheet 4 has light guiding ability, and light guiding ribs 71, 72 for light emitted from the LEDs 6 and passing between the rubber sheet 4 and the light guide sheet 5 to enter are protrusively provided at positions in the vicinity of a plurality of the key tops 21, 22 respectively in the back of the rubber sheet 4.
