PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nozzle structure and an ejection control method that continuously performs the stable ejection of ink droplets from first ejection after an ejection pause. SOLUTION: A concave recess is formed as a liquid reservoir 2 on a surface where an ejection port 4 of a passage forming member 3 is opened so as to expand the tip of a nozzle 1 whose hole diameter is not changed with respect to the ejection direction. The density of the ink solute 5 around the ejection port 4 is higher than that of the center of the ejection port 4 due to the formation of the liquid reservoir 2.
