PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stretch chair by which stretching exercises of the lower back, the lower sides, and the shoulders are performed simultaneously. SOLUTION: The stretch chair includes: a seat part supported by a leg and allowing a user to take a seat thereon; arm rest parts arranged on both sides of the seat part; and a back rest part disposed behind the seat part and supporting the back of the user. The seat part is supported by the leg via a seat portion-turning mechanism allowing the user to turn the seat part to the right and left. The arm rest parts are supported by the leg via an arm rest part vertically moving mechanism to vertically move the arm rest parts in association with the turning of the seat portion-turning mechanism. Accordingly, when turning the seat part to the right and left, the arm rest parts move vertically in association with the turning of the seat part, which enables the user to perform stretching exercise of vertically moving the shoulders and stretching the lower sides at the same time with the stretching exercise of the lower back.
