<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a direct injection type regenerative burner preventing local heating of a heated object and a furnace body even when a combustion space within the furnace body is limited. <P>SOLUTION: The direct injection type regenerative burner 20 includes: an air port 21 formed on an inner wall 2 of the furnace body 1, injecting air to inside of the furnace body 1 and sucking exhaust gas within the furnace body 1; circular fuel ports 23 formed on the inner wall 2 and injecting fuel to air injected from the air port 21; and a heat exchange chamber 14 arranged outside the furnace body 1, communicated with the air port 21 and having a heat exchange body 15 formed therein to recover heat of the exhaust gas and preheat air injected to inside of the furnace body 1. Injection of flame F and suction of exhaust gas are repeated with respect to each fixed time. The air port 21 is formed to be an approximately rectangular shape wide in the horizontal direction, and the fuel ports 23 are formed in positions separated from the air port 21. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
