IDENTIFICATION SYSTEM, AUTHENTICATION STATION SERVER, AND IDENTIFICATION METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an identification system capable of appropriately performing the identification of various visitors in society in general by obviating the need of previous registration or the like by a resident.

SOLUTION: The identification system includes: an authentication station server 100 for generating certification information for certifying that an employee belongs to a company based on company information, and discrimination information 121 for identifying the certification information kept in identification information 132, and issuing the discrimination information 121; a certificate 230 with the discrimination information 121 for identifying the certification information corresponding to the employee recorded therein; and an authentication device 320 connected to the authentication station server 100 via a network 400, and having a function of reading the discrimination information 121 recorded in the certificate 230. When the certificate 230 is presented, the authentication device 320 reads the discrimination information 121 recorded in the certificate 230 and transmitted to the authentication server 100, and acquires the certification information identified by the discrimination information 121 and displayed on a monitor 331.
