<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light emitting module which properly converts wavelength of light emitted from a light emitting element by using a plate-shaped optical wavelength conversion material while efficiently utilizing the light emitted from the light emitting element. <P>SOLUTION: In the light emitting module 10, a plurality of optical wavelength conversion members 22 are each formed in plate and juxtaposed so as to each face first light emitting surfaces 14a of a plurality of semiconductor light emitting elements 14. A reflecting member 20 extends from between a pair of light emitting elements 14 to between a pair of optical wavelength conversion members 22 opposing the pair of semiconductor light emitting elements 14 respectively in the plurality of optical wavelength conversion elements 22 so as to separate the pair of adjacent light emitting elements 14 of the plurality of semiconductor light emitting elements 14. The reflecting member 20 has a reflection surface 20b opposing each of the second light emitting surfaces 14b of the pair of semiconductor light emitting element 14 and inclined such that a distance between the reflection member and the second light emitting surface 14b is gradually increased towards a top portion 20c.
