PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To safely and efficiently perform work accompanying assembly and installation. SOLUTION: The hydrant apparatus for pulling out a hose with a nozzle and discharging water is divided into a first casing 12-1 and a second casing 12-2 and is further divided into a first decorative sheet and a second decorative sheet.
