PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foamy hair cosmetic which has a good foaming property, is excellent in touch when coated, and imparts a moist feeling and gloss. SOLUTION: The foamy hair cosmetic comprises (A) 0.1 to 15 mass% of a cationic polymer, (B) 0.01 to 10 mass% of at least one selected from the group consisting of oligo saccharides and derivatives thereof, (C) 0.01 to 5.0 mass% of a foaming agent, and (D) a propellant, and preferably further includes (E) a vegetable oil.
