PURPOSE: A processing method of three layer pork with green tea leaves is provided to remove the unique disgusting smell of the pork by storing the three layer pork by stacking with the green tea leaves by turns. CONSTITUTION: A processing method of three layer pork with green tea leaves comprises the following steps: washing the green tea leaves harvested after the third-harvest; closing laminating the washed green tea leaves on one side of the three layer pork; and aging for 72hours after wrapping with a vinyl bag.
