PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rolling device unlikely to generate wear or seizure even if it is used under severe conditions such as high temperature, low speed, and high contact pressure. SOLUTION: A deep groove ball bearing is equipped with an inner ring 1 having a raceway surface 1a at the periphery, an outer ring 2 having a raceway surface 2a confronting the inner ring raceway surface 1a at the inside surface and arranged outside the inner ring 1 in the radial direction, a plurality of rolling elements 3 so arranged between the two raceway surfaces 1a and 2a as to roll freely, a retainer 4 to retain the rolling elements 3 between the inner ring 1 and outer ring 2, and shields 5, 5 to cover substantially the apertures of the gap between the inner ring 1 and outer ring 2. Grease G to lubricate between the raceway surfaces 1a and 2a and the rolling elements 3 is put in a void formed between the inner ring 1 and outer ring 2 where the rolling elements 3 are installed. The grease G is fluorine type grease whose base oil is fluorine oil and a thickening agent is fluororesin, whereto ultra-particulates with a primary particle size of 50 nm or below are added.
