PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition where carbon nanotubes are dispersed homogeneously in a dispersion medium, which is excellent in film-forming property and formability and which is coated on a substrate by a simple method and to provide a carbon nanotube-containing film formed from the composition. SOLUTION: The composition includes (A) the carbon nanotubes, (B) silica particles having a density of silanol group calculated from a specific surface area measured by using a BET method and the amount of silanol groups measured by titration of 1-8 pieces/nm<SP>2</SP>and (C) the dispersion medium.
