PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system and a method for generating a solid such that a solid hardly plugs a discharging channel when a liquid containing the solid inside a solid generation means is being discharged from the discharging channel. SOLUTION: The solid generation method that discharges the liquid (B) containing the solid inside the solid generation means 2 from the discharging channel 3 after the liquid (B) containing the solid derived from a material where a liquid (A) containing a material is treated inside the solid generation method 2 of the solid generation system 1, wherein a liquid (C) is supplied to the discharging channel 3 from a fluid supply channel 5 that interflows with the discharging channel 3 halfway before and/or while the liquid (B) containing the solid is discharged from the solid generation means 2.
