A wind swing structure of a split wall-hanging type air conditioner includes a tongue (10); a base (70) which has a structure suitable to be installed on the tongue (10); multiple wind swing blades which protrude from one side of the base (70) and are integrated with the base (70); a blade connecting rod (50) which is provided through the multiple wind swing blades; a transmission mechanism which is connected with the blade connecting rod (50); and a motor which is connected with the transmission mechanism. An air conditioner is also provided, which includes the wind swing structure as above described.
